Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase from Flyrugss.com. You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving. Please measure your item or space before ordering. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Flyrugss.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges of items or items that are not in as- -new condition due to damage, installation or
misuse by the client. All items must be shipped back securely within their original, protective outer packaging/ parcel, and foam tubes. Damaged and uท- packaged returns without material will not be accepted. Any missing packing will be assess an additional 5% return fee. If the item is damaged/defective, email at least 2 clear pictures I supporting the damage/defect claim.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your return process. ALL returns must have authorization and RMA # prior to returning items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is delivered, we will inspect your item for damages, stains and all returned item shipping item in 7- 10 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 5-7 for the charge to appear back on your account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will be happy to exchange your cover for a different size if it does not fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, we must receive your product within 30 days from the date you received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping items back you should consider using a track- able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will issue a refund within 10-15 working days of receipt of the item. For the funds to appear in your account it usually takes 5-7 working days depending on the payment option used during checkout.
Orders may be cancelled only prior to processing or shipment. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails. Once an item has shipped we are unable to cancel the order. To request an order be cancelled contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations are not executed until we confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Once your item has shipped we are unable to cancel your order.
